Description of the Assignment: Especialista em SIG para desenvolvimento de um Sistema Integrado de Informação
Geográfica para Mapeamento e Monitoramento de Ações Climáticas em Cabo Verde
Period of assignment/services: 50 days
ÂMBITO DO TRABALHO
Criar uma base de dados geoespacial centralizada para armazenar informações sobre as ações climáticas em Cabo Verde;Desenvolver uma interface amigável para o utilizador que permita a introdução, a visualização, a consulta e análise de dados geoespaciais;Integrar o SIG com outras plataformas e bases de dados relevantes, como o Sistema Nacional de Transparência, caso possível;Coordenação e estreito envolvimento com as partes interessadas relevantes, incluindo, entre outros, o Ministério da Agricultura e Ambiente, o Instituto Nacional de Gestão do Território, o Ministério da Energia, o Ministério das Finanças e a LuxDev e outros parceiros com vista a recolha de subsídios para a preparação do SIG;Validação do SIG através de um processo consultivo com as partes interessadas relevantes, incluindo o envolvimento com a sociedade civil e representantes de grupos vulneráveis para facilitar uma representação significativa;Produzir um manual de utilizador do Sistema Informação Geográfica para mapeamento e monitoramento de ações climáticas em Cabo Verde;Capacitar os utilizadores do SNAC e outras partes interessadas no uso e gestão do SIG.
