INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY PROCUREMENT NOTICE

Description of the Assignment: Climate Change Specialistโ NDC Assessment
Period of assignment/services: 60 working days
PURPOSE
In the context if Climate Promise 2, the Joint Office of UNDP, UNFPA and UNICEF is looking for a Climate Change specialist to review NDC implementation, allowing for a deeper understanding of progress, challenges, and opportunities related to climate action. The consultant will develop a significant assessment report to evaluate the progress and challenges in the implementation of NDC/ Climate Action, with particular focus on climate finance and private sector engagement.
The Climate Change Specialist (โthe specialistโ) is expected to lead the production of the Assessment Report of Cabo Verdeโs NDC implementation in close collaboration with the respective ministries, secretariats, development partners and the JO.
Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
