Project Context and Scope

The project โRISE - Reinforcing integration through sponsorship enhancement in Belgium (BE), Italy (IT) and Lithuania (LT)โ responds to the housing needs of beneficiaries of international protection, through the finetuning, development and piloting of community sponsorship (CS) programmes in Belgium, Italy, and Lithuania.
The objective of the consultancy is to provide support in developing and producing the layout and graphic design of the toolkits, introductory guidelines (into 5 different languages) and projectโs training and information material in PDF, which will be used to be disseminated among the various stakeholders in the three implementing countries.

Tasks to be performed under this contract
In the framework of the RISE project, providing a coherent and project identifiable layout to the following project deliverables:
- Four toolkits of approximately 30 pages each, translated into 5 different languages;
- Introductory guideline of approximately 30 pages, translated into 5 different languages;
- Training Manual of approximately 20 pages into 5 different languages. ย Performance indicators for the evaluation of results ย
- Detailedย and clear description of the methodology followed and instrument used for the design of the requested materials;ย ย
- Composition of the working group;
- Proven experience as graphic designer;
- Experience working with international governmental and non-governmental institutions;
- References from other clients. Education
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field such as fine arts or visual communication; any other relevant diploma acquired on that relevant field (EQF 3 - Upper secondary education or vocational training). Experience and Skills
- The technical description of the proposal, including CV of the person or persons involved in the activity;
- At least 5 years of experience with following skills required: creativity and innovation, proficiency in design software, typography and layout skills branding and visual identity, infographics and data visualization, attention to detail, communication skills, project management;
- At least two recent references (not older than 4 months) by previous clients;
- List of editing services carried out in the last 3 years; works already carried out for IOM are an asset;
- Economic tender. ย IOMโs official languages are English, French and Spanish. Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments. ย Travel required
