We are seeking a motivated graduate intern with foundational knowledge in systems development, data analysis, and an understanding of programming concepts to support our ongoing efforts.
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Key Responsibilities
\u00b7 Assist in the development and documentation of internal systems and tools (e.g., for staff record management, workflows, etc.)
\u00b7 Support the configuration and basic administration of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Google Workspace tools, or internal platforms)
\u00b7 Clean, structure, and analyze HR-related datasets to generate basic reports and insights
\u00b7 Assist in maintaining dashboards and automations used by the People & Culture Unit
\u00b7 Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to improve internal tools
\u00b7 Conduct basic troubleshooting and offer first-level support for internal digital tools
\u00b7 Document system processes and create how-to guides for end users
\u00b7 Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
\u00b7 Recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields
\u00b7 Foundational knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar)
\u00b7 Knowledge of Microsoft packages
\u00b7 Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Power BI
\u00b7 Understanding of software/system development principles
\u00b7 Interest in HR tech, data systems, or process automation is a plus
\u00b7 Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow through on assigned tasks
\u00b7 Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
