Post Title: Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Expert - International Consultant

Country of Assignment: Bangkok, Thailand

Duration of Assignment: Up to 240 working days (1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027)

UN ESCAP seeks a consultant to support two initiatives strengthening investment promotion agencies amid post-COVID and geopolitical shifts. The role supports ASEAN’s Green Investment Catalyst and Laos LIFT projects, building IPA capacity, developing sustainable investment pipelines, enhancing regional cooperation, and modernising tools to attract green, resilient foreign investment across the region.
