ROLE PURPOSE

Support the Supply Chain process in coordination with Finance area to support all the activities planned in the Regional Hub. Additionally, support payroll process and related tasks for staff based in Panamรก.

Coordination payroll for staff based in Panama
Coordinate operational Management services and support to local RH staff
Substantial impact on achievement of Regional supply chain objectives

Ensure procurement processes comply with global policies, approved budget and accounting principles

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Essential
Degree in Bachelor degree Accounting , Business, or related fields
Experience in coordination with suppliers and consultants and coordination with applicants and also knowledge of the entire purchasing process.
Experience and knowledge in financial accounting standards, accounting procedures, verification and integration of suspense accounts for purchases received, coordination of monthly expense provisions prior to closing.
3 years of experience in Accounting and Administration Areas such knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, performance management, staff administration, welfare.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required
Fully computer literate in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Desirable
Outstanding IT skills
French or Portuguese is a plus.
