Step into the opportunity:

As the Executive Assistant, you will be joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion and equity while being responsible for:

Coordinating the daily activities of the Global Health Program Director and prioritizing the incoming flow of work.Managing the Directorโ€™s calendar by scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Directorโ€™s Office through proactive administrative and operational support.Preparing briefing notes for the executive office, including gathering and coordinating input from relevant team members as needed.Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, screening correspondence and analyzing information required for a response.

You Have:

Two years community college diploma in office administration or equivalent.Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support in a senior managerโ€™s office.An in-depth and demonstrably advanced ability to prepare high-quality briefing notes by synthesizing input from various resources to support effective decision-making.Knowledge of and/or interest in the Centreโ€™s mission and work in international development.
