Cualquier solicitud de aclaraci贸n debe enviarse por escrito a trav茅s de la funcionalidad de mensajer铆a en el portal. El PNUD responder谩 por escrito incluyendo una explicaci贸n de la consulta sin identificar la fuente de la consulta.
Por favor, indique si tiene intenci贸n de presentar una oferta creando un borrador de respuesta sin presentarla directamente en el sistema. Esto permitir谩 que el sistema env铆e notificaciones en caso de que se modifiquen los requisitos de la licitaci贸n. Si necesita m谩s aclaraciones, le rogamos que se comunique utilizando la funci贸n de mensajer铆a del sistema. Las ofertas deben presentarse directamente en el sistema siguiendo este enlace: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org/ utilizando el perfil que tenga en el portal.
En caso de que nunca se haya registrado antes, puede registrar un perfil utilizando el enlace de registro compartido a trav茅s del aviso de contrataci贸n y siguiendo las instrucciones de las gu铆as disponibles en el sitio web del PNUD: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. No cree un nuevo perfil si ya tiene uno. Utilice la funci贸n de contrase帽a olvidada en caso de que no recuerde la contrase帽a o el nombre de usuario del registro anterior.
