1. Conduire le ou les vรฉhicules du Bureau de l'OIM suivant les normes de sรฉcuritรฉ.
2. Gรฉrer l'entretien quotidien du ou des vรฉhicules assignรฉs afin d'assurer leur bon รฉtat de marche. Cela comprend la vรฉrification quotidienne des pneus, des freins, de l'huile moteur, de la courroie de ventilateur, etc.
3. Organiser les rรฉparations mineures et s'assurer que les vรฉhicules sont maintenus propres.
4. S'assurer que les vรฉhicules sont soumis aux visites techniques ร des intervalles rรฉguliers.
5. Tenir des registres des piรจces de rechange pour le(s) vรฉhicule(s) et effectuer un inventaire mensuel des piรจces de rechange.
6. Veiller ร ce que le(s) vรฉhicule(s) de l'OIM ne soit(soient) utilisรฉ(s) que pour des sorties/missions officielles/autorisรฉes, selon les directives de lโOrganisation.
7. S'assurer que la feuille de route quotidienne est prรฉparรฉe, et qu'un rapport mensuel est prรฉparรฉ rรฉsumant les statistiques liรฉes au kilomรฉtrage, ร la consommation de carburant, etc. pour le vรฉhicule.
8. Maintenir un haut degrรฉ de confidentialitรฉ et de discrรฉtion.
9. Prendre les mesures appropriรฉes pour rรฉduire les menaces potentielles ร la sรฉcuritรฉ des personnels et des biens transportรฉs et/ou des personnes et biens ร proximitรฉ immรฉdiate du vรฉhicule et le long des itinรฉraires de transport.
10. Rencontrer le personnel officiel ร l'aรฉroport ou aux aรฉroports et faciliter les formalitรฉs d'immigration et de douane, le cas รฉchรฉant.
11. Assurer le dรฉpรดt et le retrait des courriers et autres documents depuis et vers le Bureau de lโOIM et tenir les registres y relatifs ร jour.
12. Effectuer toute autre tรขche qui pourrait lui รชtre confiรฉe.
