Responsibilities:
Ensure that vehicle is used only for purposes according to the order of the relevant officer. Follow the assigned routes for the missions and operations. Keep vehicle clean and in good condition. Check water, mixture of battery and level of oil daily, fill out check list accordingly daily before departure from camp. Drive the vehicle carefully and do not exceed from the speed limits and obey all traffic rules and regulations of driving. Responsible to report immediately if any damages, or malfunctions, caused to the vehicle. This must be reported to Assistant Fleet Manager. The driver is responsible not to travel on unsafe and unsuitable routes, and if this is deemed necessary, the driver must inform the office immediately. Responsible for correctly updating the log sheets after each trip and to report if log sheet is missing. Note in log sheet the taken number of liters of fuel, the relevant date, and the kilometer reading from the tag meter at the time of filling of the diesel tank. The tank should never go below half full. Report to the Fleet officer or other staffs authorized every day of the duty week to have the logbook copied and ready for the consumption reading. Always wear seat belt when driving and ensuring that passengers do the same. It is the driver's duty to report if passengers do not wear seatbelts. Experience and technical competencies:
