Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or hybrid of these two options (less than 5% domestic travel)

Position Overview:
The Director of Acquisition will play a crucial role in driving growth at Partners In Health (PIH), ensuring we have the necessary resources and support to build upon our critical mission. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, the Director works across the resource generation branch leading the development and execution of innovative strategies to acquire new supporters and expand our network of donors and advocates. They also collaborate heavily with the Strategic Information Systems (SIS) team and outside data partners to ensure the right data infrastructure is in place and is used to fuel growth by enabling meaningful action from analysis of supporter information, behavior, and testing.
Responsibilities:
โ Develop and implement targeted donor acquisition and cultivation initiatives that drive accelerated revenue growth to fulfill mission by optimizing full funnel activities with a focus on top of the funnel activities to increase primarily lead acquisition and conversions.
โ Work across the resource generation branch with the revenue managers to design and implement donor acquisition strategies through market research and data analysis and targeted testing to determine the optimal channel mix, journey, and message guide to increase conversion.
โ Lead the identification and leveraging of opportunities to expand our supporter base through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, events, and other creative initiatives. Make recommendations to cross- branch managers for activation.
โ Partner with the SIS team to ensure data infrastructure provides actionable insights. Recommend and monitor relevant dashboards to share supporter insights across relevant teams.
Qualifications:
โ Bachelorโs degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
โ 10-12 years professional experience, including 6-8 years of proven experience in leading acquisition strategies
โ Data-driven, audience-centric approach to decision making
โ Strong analytical skills
โ Prior experience working with large data sets to provide actionable insights.
โ Prior experience with analytics and testing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Power BI)
โ Excellent knowledge of acquisition channels (paid, owned, earned)
โ Interest in social justice strongly desirable

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $90,000 and $115,000/year. The starting salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employeeโs eligible dependents. Full time employees will also receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Years, the week of July 4th and 11 additional holidays annually.
