About this position
We are looking for an innovative, analytical, client-focused, and collaborative professional to join our team as a Corporate Services Consultant. As such, you will collaborate with TSG in executing various projects.
You will work in the Travel, Security, and Corporate Services Group (TSG), which is part of the Budget and Services Department (BDA). TSG is responsible for the Bank's Corporate Travel Program, the Corporate Security Program at Headquarters (HQ) and Country Offices (COF), and the provision of Corporate Services.
What youโll do:
- Manage VIPs travel logistics with guidance on travel regulation and procedures application.
- Efficiently manage travel logistics and promptly resolve any concerns raised by different stakeholders.
- Support Group Head and Contract Managers by developing business cases, dynamic presentations, reports, and analyses and maintaining/creating inventories of the different services and initiatives of the group.
- Support in the maintenance of analytic dashboards and specialized reports.
- Assist with budget processes and payment auditing, includingโbut not limited toโinvoice and chargeback processing, creation of shopping carts, and review of credit card transactions.
- Assist in preparing communications, marketing, regulations and training materials for various campaigns and initiatives and update website information as needed.
- Organize and host promotional events, information tables, and conferences organized by the Group.
- Contribute to the day-to-day activities, such as special projects, systems, implementation of new services tools, and other operational tasks as assigned.
What youโll need:
- Education: Bachelor of Arts in business administration, international relations, or another relevant field. Master's degree desired.
- Experience: 2 years of experience.
- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Skills:
- Practical knowledge of using certain systems like SAP, PowerBi, and ServiceNow is desirable.
- Demonstrates creativity when faced with new or unfamiliar situations.
- Collaborate among individuals with diverse areas of expertise, supporting an environment conducive to innovative projects.
- Anticipates and addresses client issues and concerns through proactive strategies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to organize and manage multiple competing deadlines.
Requirements:
- Citizenship: You are a citizen of one of our 48-member countries. We may offer assistance with relocation and visa applications for you and your eligible dependents.
- Consanguinity: You have no family members (up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree of affinity, including spouse) working at the IDB, IDB Invest, or IDB Lab.
