The Converse Fellowship is a 1-year opportunity designed to equip a graduate or PhD student with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to lead initiatives in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and programs grounded in positive youth development (PYD). This unique fellowship program combines academic learning, hands-on experience, and professional development opportunities to foster innovative leaders in these fields.
