A place to make a difference:
In this part-time, maximum term position (20 hours per week, Monday - Thursday, until 30 June 2026) youโll support early childhood development and school readiness skills, and will facilitate improved relationships between parents and children. Working across different sites as part of our mobile service, youโll work in a team to create an environment of trust and respect with families and children. Youโll be part of our QLD Programs team and report to our Team Leader.
You will make a difference by:
Assisting with the development and delivery of early learning programs Working within a team to ensure programs are age and developmentally appropriate Creating a welcoming and safe environment to encourage active participation Growing an understanding of early learning amongst families and sharing your knowledge with community membersA place to feel valued:
Youโre passionate about working with young children and parents and making a difference in their lives. Your sensitivity and community knowledge will see you build strong connections with families from varying cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Youโre motivated, eager to learn and not afraid to jump in feet first to help make our programs successful.
This role requires:
Certificate II in Childrenโs Services or equivalent qualification is preferred Experience working with children aged 0-5 and families in a group setting Strong organisational and time management skills Experience facilitating group programs is desirable Current valid driverโs licenceA place to belong:
