The Organisation

Plan International is an independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children’s rights and equality for girls. QUALITÉ DU PROGRAMME ET SOUTIEN AUX PARTENAIRES

• Préparer les rapports de progrès de la subvention pour l'équipe de gestion du bureau de pays et du donateur pour la durée de la mise en œuvre de la subvention et faire des recommandations pour les décisions de gestion concernant les programmes.
• Capacités des partenaires sont édifiées et performance est surveillée de façon continue.

  Travaillant en étroite collaboration les services techniques de l'éducation et en respectant les recommandations adoptées en commun accord.

  • Assurer des relations de travail actif avec les parties prenantes,
  • Coordonner les relations avec les différents acteurs partenaires au projet SQRIBE ;
  • Produire des plans cohérents et pertinents,
  • Suivre l'exécution correcte du budget et des plannings de réalisation.

    MISE EN PLACE ET GESTION D'UN SYSTEME DE SUIVI ET EVALAUTION EFFICACE

    • Assurer la réalisation de tous les résultats contractuels entre Plan International Guinée et Irish AID via Plan International Irlande (INO)
    • Travaillent étroitement avec les partenaires pour s'assurer que les résultats attendus sont fournis en temps opportun.
    • Procéder à la mise à jour des besoins de renforcement de capacités des acteurs de la société civile.
    • Assurer la coordination et la communication avec les divers intervenants impliqués dans la mise en œuvre du projet.
    • Soumettre des rapports de progrès financier et narratifs (rapport trimestriel, semestriels et annuel, en temps opportun.
    • Conduire des programmes innovateurs de l'éducation inclusive des enfants
    • Appuyer le programme directement en assurant un appui technique par le biais de formation et d'orientation,
    • Faciliter l'établissement et la mise en oeuvre des normes optimales de responsabilisation, l'efficacité dans la réalisation du cadre de performance et de résultats

      EQUIPE DE GESTION DE PROJET AUTONOME ET PERFORMANTE

      • La performance individuelle de l'équipe est gérée professionnellement et répond aux normes, politiques et procédures de Plan.
      • Une équipe motivée, soutenue avec des objectifs clairs et des indicateurs de Performance clés (KPI) ;
      • Assurer la réalisation des politiques de base de Plan y compris la politique de protection des enfants, Politique de genre, santé et sécurité, etc.
      • Ensures that Plan International's global policies for Child Protection (CPP) and Gender Equality and Inclusion (GEI) are fully embedded in accordance With the principles and requirements of the policy including relevant Implementation Standards and Guidelines as applicable to their area of responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring staff and associates are aware of and understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International's Code of Conduct (COC), their relevance to their area of work, and that concerns are reported and managed in accordance With the appropriate procedures.
