Project Context and Scope
Créée en 1951, l’Organisation Internationale pour les Migrations (OIM) est l’agence chef de file des Nations Unies en matière de migration. L’OIM œuvre à promouvoir une migration humaine et ordonnée, en collaboration étroite avec les gouvernements, les institutions intergouvernementales et les partenaires non gouvernementaux.                    Dans le cadre du projet Migration et développement en Afrique du Nord (NAMAD) à travers l’initiative de renforcement des interventions visant à améliorer les moyens de subsistance dans les centres d'hébergement et d'améliorer le processus préalable au départ pour les migrants retournant en Guinée projet , financée par Ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commonwealth et du Développement (FCDO) et mis en œuvre par l’OIM en Guinée.                                                                                                          Le/La Consultant(e) National (e) de Réintégration retenu assurera l’appui de la mise en œuvre des activités de réintégration pour les migrants retournés Guinéens ayant reçu des formations professionnelles ou entrepreneuriales dans les pays d’accueils sous le projet susmentionné.  Il/Elle coordonnera l’accompagnement et le suivi des bénéficiaires et supervisera et contrôlera le travail des partenaires et prestataires externes si besoin. Il/Elle fera la liaison avec les partenaires gouvernementaux et la société civile au niveau local/communautaire. Sous la supervision globale du Chef des programmes et la supervision hiérarchique de la Counter-trafficking and Protection Officer, le/la Consultant(e) National(e) de Réintégration aura pour tâches et responsabilités de :
