DescriptionOverview Research Triangle Institute (RTI) has over 30 yearsโ experience assisting governments, communities, and the private sector. As a not-for-profit, independent research institute based in North Carolina, USA, RTI has roughly 6,000 employees with global experience implementing international development projects. The Global Health Division (GHD), within the International Development Group (IDG), works in Heath Systems Strengthening - including Health Governance, Health Finance, Human Resources for Health, Capacity Building, and Health Policy and Advocacy; and Integrated Care - including Reproductive, Maternal, and Child Health and Family Planning; Malaria and Neglected Tropical Diseases; Global Health Security and Public Health Preparedness. We address a range of public health problems to reduce disparities, lower disease burdens, and build locally owned sustainable health programs. Project Description The GHD is pursuing anticipated USAID-funded opportunities in Cambodiaโs health sector. Activities will have a focus on health systems strengthening, primary healthcare, and integration. Aiming for sustainability and long-term impact, this program will collaborate closely with Cambodian health authorities and organizations to enhance healthcare delivery, resources, and capacity. Consultants will be based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with the need to travel to other regions throughout the country. Qualifications Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Master's degree with 10 years of experience, PhD with 6 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in MPH, MD, Health Finance, or other relevant fields of study. Experience and familiarity with Cambodiaโs health system required. Experience and familiarity with USAID Cambodia-funded implementation required.
