Sous la supervision directe du chef de programme pour l'assistance de gestion et du chef de RAM pour CFM, le/la candidat(e) doit produire un travail organisรฉ et prรฉcis tout en effectuant des tรขches spรฉcifiques de soutien ร l'entreprise. En outre, en tant qu'opรฉrateur CFM, le candidat sera responsable de la gestion des canaux de retour d'information, de la saisie des donnรฉes dans Sugar-CRM et de la coordination avec les รฉquipes internes afin d'assurer un traitement rapide et efficace du retour d'information de la communautรฉ.
Assistance de gestion:
1. Recueillir des informations en suivant des instructions claires afin de faciliter la rรฉdaction de documents et la prรฉparation de rapports par d'autres membres du personnel.
2. Rรฉpondre aux demandes de renseignements et, le cas รฉchรฉant, les transmettre ร un รฉchelon supรฉrieur, afin de fournir un service rapide et prรฉcis aux clients.
3. Soutenir le traitement et la gestion des tรขches administratives et financiรจres de routine dans divers domaines fonctionnels, afin de contribuer ร la gestion efficace et opportune des ressources.
4. Fournir des services de rรฉvision et de relecture pour les documents standard, afin de contribuer ร l'รฉlaboration d'une documentation prรฉcise.
5. Assumer la responsabilitรฉ de la maintenance des systรจmes et des dossiers standard, afin de garantir que les informations sont exactes et facilement disponibles pour la fonction.
6. Identifier les divergences simples dans les statistiques et les donnรฉes, telles que les informations manquantes, et les signaler au personnel d'encadrement afin d'aider les clients ร effectuer leur travail.
7. Assumer la responsabilitรฉ de l'intรฉgritรฉ des donnรฉes afin de faciliter la disponibilitรฉ d'informations exactes dans les systรจmes de l'entreprise.
8. Fournir des conseils sur les mรฉthodes et pratiques courantes de soutien aux entreprises ร des collรจgues moins expรฉrimentรฉs afin de garantir que les services sont fournis de maniรจre cohรฉrente et selon les normes requises.
9. Travailler avec diverses personnes, en tenant compte du retour d'information le cas รฉchรฉant, afin de contribuer ร la fourniture de services d'assistance au personnel.Community Feedback Mechanism (CFM):
1. Centraliser les plaintes dans la plateforme SUGAR-CRM, en veillant ร ce que toutes les donnรฉes soient complรจtes et correctement archivรฉes pour un suivi efficace.
2. Diriger chaque plainte vers le responsable de l'activitรฉ concernรฉe pour une rรฉponse rapide, et assurer un suivi rรฉgulier avec les รฉquipes pour รฉviter les retards. Donner la prioritรฉ aux plaintes critiques afin d'accรฉlรฉrer la rรฉsolution des problรจmes majeurs.
3. Organiser des campagnes de communication (affiches, roll-up, etc.) pour encourager la participation de la communautรฉ au CFM. Expliquer clairement comment soumettre des plaintes utiles et constructives.
4. Analyser les plaintes recueillies afin d'identifier les problรจmes rรฉcurrents ou les tendances. Prรฉparer des rapports clairs contenant des statistiques clรฉs, des exemples concrets et des recommandations d'amรฉlioration. Partager ces rapports avec le comitรฉ du CFM afin d'orienter la prise de dรฉcision stratรฉgique.QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES STANDARD ET EXPรRIENCE:
Education: Avoir terminรฉ l'enseignement secondaire.
Experience: Quatre annรฉes ou plus d'expรฉrience professionnelle progressivement responsable dans le domaine des activitรฉs connexes, avec une expรฉrience du travail administratif gรฉnรฉral.
Language: Maรฎtrise de la communication orale et รฉcrite en franรงais (niveau C) et en anglais (niveau B).
