DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:
Lโunitรฉ Finance est responsable de garantir une gestion efficace et efficiente des ressources financiรจres afin de soutenir la mission du PAM au sein du bureau pays de Djibouti. Elle apporte un appui aux opรฉrations et ร la direction en veillant ร la bonne planification, au dรฉcaissement et au suivi des fonds. Lโunitรฉ gรจre รฉgalement le traitement des paiements pour toutes les parties prenantes du bureau, conformรฉment aux politiques du PAM et aux exigences des donateurs.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:1. Fournir un appui procรฉdural et technique au personnel dans les domaines de la finance et du budget, afin dโassurer la conformitรฉ avec les politiques, rรจgles et rรจglements financiers du PAM.
2. Vรฉrifier les crรฉances des fournisseurs, les avances et autres montants ร recevoir, et respecter les procรฉdures dโapprovisionnement appropriรฉes, afin de garantir que les fournisseurs soient payรฉs en temps voulu et conformรฉment aux rรจgles financiรจres du PAM.
3. Tenir ร jour le registre en ligne de toutes les factures et transferts de paiement et archiver les documents, afin de garantir que tous les dossiers soient conservรฉs conformรฉment aux normes et directives du PAM.
4. Fournir des conseils sur le suivi et le traitement des factures au personnel et/ou aux fournisseurs, afin dโassurer une prestation de services cohรฉrente et conforme aux standards requis.
5. Contribuer ร la mise en place dโun systรจme de documentation bien organisรฉ (physique et numรฉrique) au sein de lโunitรฉ Finance, garantissant un accรจs facile aux informations clรฉs.
6. Soutenir le classement et lโarchivage appropriรฉs des dossiers financiers et des factures en temps opportun.

Education:
Avoir un diplรดme d'รฉtudes secondaires. Une formation post-secondaire dans le domaine fonctionnel concernรฉ est souhaitable (mais non obligatoire).
Experience:
Quatre (4) annรฉes dโexpรฉrience professionnelle pertinente ou deux (2) ans d'expรฉrience avec un diplรดme de Licence ou plus.
Langue:
Maรฎtrise du franรงais ร l'oral et ร l'รฉcrit. Connaissance intermรฉdiaire (niveau B) de lโanglais
Compรฉtences fonctionnelles:
Capacitรฉ ร suivre et compiler des donnรฉes pour soutenir la prise de dรฉcision.
Maintenir des dossiers financiers organisรฉs et prรฉcis pour les audits et la conformitรฉ.
Volontรฉ de sโadapter aux nouveaux outils, processus et directives financiรจres.
Excellentes compรฉtences en communication pour interagir efficacement avec collรจgues, fournisseurs et partenaires, en fournissant des rรฉponses claires et professionnelles aux questions liรฉes ร la finance.
