ANTECEDENTES Y PROP脫SITO DEL CARGO
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP, por sus siglas en ingl茅s) es la organizaci贸n humanitaria l铆der que salva vidas y cambia vidas, brindando asistencia alimentaria en emergencias y trabajando con las comunidades para mejorar la nutrici贸n y crear resiliencia, asistiendo cada a帽o a 97 millones de personas en 88 pa铆ses. En Venezuela WFP brinda asistencia alimentaria a aproximadamente 400,000 personas a trav茅s de un programa de comidas escolares, con la meta de alcanzar a 1.3 millones de personas en zonas de mayor incidencia de inseguridad alimentaria para finales de 2025.
WFP Venezuela tiene presencia operativa en ocho estados, con posibilidad de ampliaci贸n. Bajo la supervisi贸n y orientaci贸n del Coordinador de Terreno en cada estado, y el equipo de RAM en la oficina nacional; el Asociado de Programas - RAM estar谩 a cargo de liderar, gestionar y coordinar las actividades de seguimiento en terreno asegurando la calidad de los datos recolectados, la sistematizaci贸n efectiva de la informaci贸n, el cumplimiento de las muestras y la implementaci贸n del plan de seguimiento establecido por WFP.
RESPONSABILIDADES
Coordinar equipos de trabajo, incluyendo coordinaci贸n a distancia.
Garantizar y coordinar la ejecuci贸n del cronograma de seguimiento y la recolecci贸n de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos en l铆nea con el plan de la oficina de terreno y en l铆nea con la estrategia de monitoreo de la oficina de pa铆s.
Capacitar y supervisar a los socios implementadores en las diferentes actividades de seguimiento para garantizar la recolecci贸n de datos de calidad y el cumplimiento de las muestras representativas indicadas.
Capacitar y supervisar a los equipos de seguimiento de la oficina de terreno en las diferentes actividades de seguimiento y herramientas cuantitativas y cualitativas para garantizar la recolecci贸n de datos de calidad y el cumplimiento de las muestras representativas indicadas.
Coordinar actividades t茅cnicas con la oficina de terreno y socios implementadores, en conformidad con la Estrategia de Aprendizaje de la oficina de pa铆s.
Reportar de manera constante el estatus de los procesos de monitoreo en la oficina de terreno, as铆 como hallazgos relevantes para la implementaci贸n de los programas.
Brindar herramientas a los equipos de terreno para el correcto desarrollo de los abordajes comunitarios seg煤n los est谩ndares establecidos por WFP.
Apoya en la implementaci贸n y desarrollo de actividades de an谩lisis y mapeo de necesidades.
REQUISITOS M脥NIMOS REQUERIDOS
Educaci贸n:
Licenciatura o maestr铆a en Sociolog铆a, Trabajo Social, Antropolog铆a, Educaci贸n, Psicolog铆a, Ciencias Pedag贸gicas, Ciencias Pol铆ticas u otro campo relacionado.
Experiencia:
6 a帽os de experiencia profesional, de los cuales son deseables al menos dos (2) a帽os de experiencia (despu茅s de completar el t铆tulo universitario) en el campo de monitoreo y evaluaci贸n o gesti贸n de proyectos en proyectos humanitarios y en la elaboraci贸n de reportes para presentaci贸n de avances sobre el cumplimiento de muestras.
Experiencia liderando equipos y generando estrategias con grupos de trabajo para el cumplimiento de diversos objetivos.
Competencias:
Manejo de herramientas de visualizaci贸n de datos para presentar el progreso de implementaci贸n del programa.
Manejo avanzado de paquete de Microsoft Office.
Experiencia en el seguimiento a planes de monitoreo en proyectos humanitarios.
Noci贸n en temas de construcci贸n y dise帽o de indicadores.
Coordinaci贸n en levantamiento de informaci贸n en terreno.
Dominio de herramientas y m茅todos anal铆ticos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
Idiomas:
Dominio (nivel C) del idioma espa帽ol.
