CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO:
Estos puestos han de cubrirse en los almacenes del PMA. Los titulares del puesto rinden cuentas al Auxiliar/Asistente de Gestiรณn de Almacenes o a la persona designada a tal efecto. Los titulares del puesto intervienen en todas las fases de las operaciones de almacรฉn y trabajan con un nivel mรญnimo de supervisiรณn. Puede darse que deban supervisar e impartir capacitaciรณn en el empleo a otros empleados del almacรฉn.FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Ocuparse de la recepciรณn/despacho de productos para aumentar al mรกximo la calidad de las operaciones de almacรฉn y mitigar las pรฉrdidas, y apoyar las mejores prรกcticas de gestiรณn de almacenes de conformidad con las normas y las directrices establecidas por el PMA en la materia.RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
1. Recibir/despachar productos con eficacia, incluido el transbordo (de camiรณn a camiรณn), teniendo presente la documentaciรณn oficial aprobada (p. ej., cartas de porte y/o notas de entrega) y garantizando la precisiรณn del recuento fรญsico de los productos y la calidad de estos, de conformidad con las normas establecidas.
2. Preparar, verificar y firmar los documentos de almacรฉn y transporte, y mantener ficheros confidenciales y registros exactos de las transacciones de almacรฉn para poder dar cuenta inmediatamente de los movimientos de productos de conformidad con los requisitos institucionales.
3. Llevar a cabo diariamente la conciliaciรณn de cierre del almacรฉn y controles precisos de las existencias en apoyo de los sistemas de control interno, de conformidad con los requisitos de gestiรณn del almacรฉn.
4. Realizar inspecciones diarias y preparar informes sobre la cantidad y calidad de los productos recibidos/despachados y manipulados, detectar con prontitud las discrepancias/daรฑos en las existencias y analizar las razones, investigar el motivo de la cantidad faltante y elaborar informes sobre las pรฉrdidas de almacรฉn en los que se recomienden soluciones apropiadas, para poder tomar decisiones informadas.
5. Aplicar medidas apropiadas para salvaguardar los productos alimenticios y no alimentarios, con el fin de garantizar el control de calidad utilizando medidas preventivas estรกndar de conformidad con los procedimientos del PMA establecidos y la autorizaciรณn recibida del supervisor.
6. Vigilar el estado del almacรฉn y de los productos y tomar medidas adecuadas para sostener una planificaciรณn eficiente del espacio y un almacenamiento bien organizado, aplicando las normas del PMA en la materia.
7. Proporcionar orientaciรณn y capacitaciรณn en el empleo al personal de almacรฉn, para contribuir a su desarrollo profesional y buen desempeรฑo.EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPEรAR ESTA FUNCIรN:
โข Experiencia en el uso de bases de datos de logรญstica para extraer informes periรณdicos.
โข Experiencia en la gestiรณn de almacenes de productos alimenticios y no alimentarios.
โข Experiencia en la gestiรณn de inventarios.
โข Experiencia en la tramitaciรณn de facturas.
CUALIFICACIONES ACADรMICAS ESTรNDAR MรNIMAS:
Formaciรณn: Finalizaciรณn del ciclo de educaciรณn secundaria. Se valorarรก la presentaciรณn de un certificado de educaciรณn postsecundaria en la esfera funcional correspondiente.
