Supervisor: Reports to their designated supervisor. 2. Supervisees: Not applicable. ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent: 1. Maintains and organizes general files, filing/archiving systems (manual and digital), inventory listings, and personnel records; performs data entry on the designated database system; verifies and updates records in prescribed formats using standard computer applications; prepares and types routine correspondence, certificates and generates reports as required. 2. Follows up and checks on the receipt and the issuance of supplies and equipment with the related Division/ Offices; raises Purchase Requests (PRs) and Warehouse Stock Transfer Orders (WSTO) for ERP system to services and goods. 3. Prepares logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and orientation sessions; Assists the assigned office with budget requirements, receivables, and payable bills. 4. Under the supervision of their direct supervisor, contacts beneficiaries to address issues that have been raised, provides support on online services and addresses inquiries related to assigned programmatic services. 5. In Health Centers/Offices, ensures that patients are admitted in an orderly manner through the Queuing System; verifies patient eligibility for medical services prior to registering them on the e-health system; registers new patient files on the e-health system, and updates their profiles with each visit; as applicable, processes out-patient referrals, follows up on medical hardship cases and processes hospitalization bills. 6. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
