Le/la Administrative and HR Clerc sera basรฉ(e) ร  Nouakchott et travaillera sous la supervision directe du Senior HR assistant et en รฉtroite collaboration avec lโ€™unitรฉ de gestion des ressources ainsi que les autres unitรฉs du bureau.

  1. Assister le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'Unitรฉ de Admin/RHย ;
  2. Assister l'unitรฉ Admin/RH dans le secrรฉtariat, la gestion des correspondances, et lโ€™organisation des formations, ateliers, rรฉunions et missionsย ;
  3. Assister dans lโ€™รฉlaboration des Comptes rendus des rรฉunionsย ;
  4. Assister au suivi des congรฉs et ร  la surveillance de l'assiduitรฉ avec les dossiers de prรฉsence du personnel ;
  5. Assister l'unitรฉ Admin/RH avec le classement et l'entretien des dossiers du personnel et d'autres dossiers relevant de la compรฉtence de l'unitรฉ tels que les correspondances ;
  6. Assister l'unitรฉ Admin/RH dans la prรฉparation de lโ€™arrivรฉe des nouveaux staffs et leur intรฉgrationย ;
  7. Faire le suivi nรฉcessaire pour lโ€™obtention des cartes de services auprรจs du MAECย ;
  8. Maintenir les fichiers de suivis et liste de contacts ร  joursย ;
  9. Effectuer les payements des factures administrativesย ;
  10. Toute autre tรขche identifiรฉe et assignรฉe par le superviseur. Education
