The HR Officer is responsible for general staff administration, covering files on Learning & Development, and/or Performance Management. The incumbent provides HR services in line with the ICRCโs and the delegationโs policies and the applicable laws and regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for monitoring, admin follow though, and roll out of institutional trainings;
- Performs learning needs analysis to identify skills gap
- Manages the Performance management and development (PMD) and all administrative issues pertaining to staff performance management and development
- Leads the employee engagement activities in the delegation;
REQUIRED PROFILE
- University degree in psychology, business management, or related field
- At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in Learning and Development, and/or Learning Needs Analysis
- Must have good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino; Knowledge of Bisaya-Cebuano is an advantage
