We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate for the position of Occupational Health & Safety Analyst to be based in Harare, Zimbabwe.
This is a nationally recruited position and is open to all Zimbabweans with excellent academic records and relevant experience. The position seeks to promote a safe working environment by advising on safety measures, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing preventative measures. The incumbent will establish a safe workplace according to legal requirements and foster a culture of attention to health and safety.

BSc degree in Occupational Health and Safety or relevant field. At least two yearsโ work experience in Occupational Health and Safety environment. Conversant with the Zimbabwean Occupational Health and Safety laws. Experience with setting up an Occupational Health and Safety system from scratch. An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal skills, integrity, honesty, and self-motivation. The selected candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies: People skills, Critical Thinking, Client Orientation, Problem Solving and decision making and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Benefits
