Terms of Reference:

Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of UNFPA GCC's website and online platforms, ensuring user-friendliness and accessibility. Participate in the creation of engaging and informative content for UNFPA GCC's social media channels (e.g., text, images, videos), aligning with communication strategies and UNFPA's branding. Assist in the development of social media campaigns to promote UNFPA's initiatives and events. Monitor social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance. Collaborate with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms. Ensure that all web and social media content is accurate, timely, and relevant. Manage and organize digital assets, including images and videos. Provide regular updates on project progress and contribute to team discussions. Contribute to the development of visual communication elements. Apply UNFPA's accessibility standards in all designs.

 

Standards of Conduct:

Learn about and adhere to all applicable UNFPA policies, procedures, instructions, and directives. Understand and apply compliance with security policies and guidelines. Get knowledgeable of and respect the impartiality and independence required of UNFPA and the United Nations. Refrain from any conduct that would adversely reflect on UNFPA or the United Nations, including sexual exploitation and abuse. Not communicate to any external source information known by reason of association with UNFPA without written authorization. Complete all mandatory security training.
