In this full-time, permanent role, youโll work as a part of our Leadership and Program Delivery teams in Darwin to help us create lasting change for children.
You will make a difference by:
Supporting and supervision for approximately 8 staff Supporting the coordination and implementation of Homelessness programs, Student Advocacy and Youth Diversion Holding a small caseload of complex Student Advocacy cases, providing case management and 1:1 advocacy for children and young peopleโs inclusion in education at NTG Schools Liaising and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and funding partners Leading program reporting and oversee delivery in accordance key performance indicatorsA place to feel valued:

This role requires:
Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, or equivalent associated qualification and/or significant demonstrated experience in a similar role within the sector Experience in providing advocacy support and/or knowledge of education systems in the Northern Territory Experience supervising staff, and managing or overseeing a program/service Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a high performing team to achieve collective goals, program and client outcomesA place to belong:
