Proudly part of the Save the Children Australia Group and global movement, weโ€™re here to make sure that everyone understands their rights. So that children and young people have their rights met and thrive, in all their diversity.

We champion the children, young people and families we work with. We are inspired by the curiosity and creativity of children and motivated by the love of those who care for them.

With the childโ€™s voice at the centre, we provide quality services to children and their caregivers, advocating with them so that children develop, learn, and are connected, safe and confident. Our people are proudly local, reflective of the communities we serve - in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities.

A place to make a difference:

In this full time, permanent role, youโ€™ll play a vital leadership role in our newly established Early Years Place. A place to feel valued:

Youโ€™re a passionate early childhood leader, who works from a strengths-based perspective and highly values the wellbeing of their staff. Youโ€™ll be happy to contribute to program design, while prioritising results and risk management. Importantly, youโ€™ll keep the values of 54 reasons at the forefront of your work and will always seek excellence in the services we provide to our families.
