But we can’t do it alone; the effective management of our Supporter Engagement Team, encompassing Fundraising, Corporate Partnerships, Philanthropy, Retail, Marketing and Data & Analytics is critical to the work we do. Contribute to our organisational capability and efficiency by providing a high level of administration support across the Supporter Engagement Department and our Retail Network.

Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton (with flexibility to work from home), you will use your exceptional organisational skills and personal drive, to support the Executive Director of Supporter Engagement and the National Retail Operations Manager. This role ensures the smooth administrative running of our critical Supporter Engagement department, including coordinating and delivering timely, accurate and reliable administration support for all stakeholders.

Being able to notice the smaller details while also being two steps ahead is a skill that you've honed throughout your career, although may not necessarily be within an administrative role.
