Where you come in:
In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton (with flexibility to work from home), you will use your exceptional organisational skills and personal drive, to support the Executive Director of Supporter Engagement and the National Retail Operations Manager. This role ensures the smooth administrative running of our critical Supporter Engagement department, including coordinating and delivering timely, accurate and reliable administration support for all stakeholders.
You will make an impact by:
Providing effective diary management and associated activities for the Director of Supporter Engagement Producing internal communications on behalf of the Director of Supporter Engagement and National Retail Operations Manager Preparing and coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items Coordinating travel arrangements for the Retail team and the Supporter Engagement Leadership Team. Providing support in coordinating and implementing procedural changes across the retail departmentDoes this sound like you?
You're pragmatic, organised, efficient, astute, and comfortable in taking ownership and responsibility when it's required. Being able to notice the smaller details while also being two steps ahead is a skill that you've honed throughout your career, although may not necessarily be within an administrative role. If you are passionate about building relationships, are highly organised and want to contribute to an amazing and well-respected cause, this role is for you.
