In this part-time (4 days per week) maximum-term position (until 30 June 2026), you’ll provide support to families with escalating needs and requiring support for their children to thrive. As part of our Newman team, you’ll report to our Team Leader.

You’re a skilled practitioner who is passionate about supporting families within a child centred, strengths-based framework. You have a strong understanding of children’s development, parenting, family and domestic violence, and impact of trauma on children and their development. Most importantly, you’re keenly aware of the additional impacts and barriers experienced by families, particularly Aboriginal families living in a remote community. We recognise your contribution and provide you the support to ensure you can bring your best, knowing here you have the space and opportunity to grow.
