ย Context Under the overall supervision of the National Project Officer and the Project Officer, the Project Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of IOM projects within the Gabon office.
- Actively contribute to the implementation and monitoring of the officeโs projects, ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met.ย
- Provide effective administrative, financial, and logistical support for the smooth execution of planned activities.ย
- Draft official correspondence and other documents necessary for the proper functioning of the projects.ย
- Systematically produce minutes and reports after each activity, and ensure optimal information management through regular updates, summaries, press releases, and other relevant materials to enhance IOMโs visibility in Gabon.ย
- Collect relevant data and contribute to the development of interim and final project reports.ย
- Support the return and reintegration process of migrants in vulnerable situations as well as victims of trafficking, particularly by monitoring purchases, payments, and reimbursements in accordance with the organizationโs procedures.ย
- Participate in promoting IOMโs visibility by managing social media platforms and showcasing the actions carried out.ย
- Carry out any other tasks deemed necessary within the scope of the officeโs activities. Education
- University degree in social sciences, international relations, human rights, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience

- Experience in project management;ย
- Work experience in international organizations and/or the United Nations system is an asset;
- Experience working in the field of migration, particularly with victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups, would be an advantage. Skills
