About:
The P&C ESC team is part of the P&C operations and systems team, which is responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing the P&C systems ecosystem. Further, the team collaborates cross-functionally within P&C and the organization to identify and resolve stakeholder needs through an optimized solution.
The team undertakes onboarding/off boarding, benefits administration, data entry and compensation administration, HR audits and compliance (including GDPR), contract administration and payroll provision for US and the LAC countries.
The role, reporting to Director ESC, will be responsible for managing employee requests / queries through Workday help for US and LAC Countries. Further, the role will be responsible data entry as required and maintaining high-quality information and assistance on a wide range of people and culture issues through a knowledge platform. The team will also be managing global mobility.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Compliance & Integrity: Ensure ESC data complies with country-specific requirements, regularly analyze data integrity, and take corrective actions in collaboration with the Associate Director, Workforce Planning.
Workday Management: Responsible for managing all data changes for employees within Workday.
Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding questions and requests related to ESC processes and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Employee experience: Utilize Workday Help (HR ticketing system) to record and document all employee related requests coming into ESC.
Managing onboarding/offboarding process for new joiners/leavers
Regional Oversight & Transition: Manage ESC operations in the US and oversee the transition of Latin America into the team. Ensure that processes are compliant with local regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, OSF).
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring system support and that SLAs are consistently met. Manage vendor contracts and agreements to ensure relevance and regular updates.
Change Management: Lead change management and communication efforts when implementing new ESC programs or policies impacting technology and systems or employee policy changes.
SOP Management: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes are up to date, working closely with the Portfolio Manager.
Regional Expansion: Play a critical role in transitioning Latin America onto the ESC team, ensuring all processes are adapted and scalable across regions.

Qualifications:
Essential: Educated to degree level, ideally in a related area
Desirable: Professional qualification in Human Resources.
Experience:
Essential:
At least 7 years of experience in people operations or HR roles with a focus on HR Operations and enhancing employee experience.
Hands-on experience working with Workday, with ability to troubleshoot for minor issues.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the US and Latin America (e.g., GDPR, OSF).

The salary range for this role in the US is $ 86,900 - $ 160,800. The final offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and level of experience.
