- Provide voluntary return and reintegration counseling to beneficiaries.
- Carry out registration of beneficiaries and services provided, including conseling sessions, travel arrangements and reintegration process.
- Process air/ground travel booking and ticketing and other tasks in AMADEUS, ATOMS, MiMOSA and other systems as needed.
- Assist beneficiaries in relevantย administrative processes includingย obtaining necessary travel documents, exit visas, etc..
- Facilitate the provision of essential pre-departure services to beneficiaries, including accommodation, nutrition, healthcare, and other support as needed.
- Provide pre-departure assistance to beneficiaries at Prague airport.
- Assist to arrange IOM assistance in liason withย missions in transit and destination countries.
- Assist the Operations Associate and the Head of Office in coordination with relevant authorities, embassies and other stakeholders.
- Assist to identify possible limitations in project implementation and inform the project coordinator of all relevant activities.
- Collect, review and archive all necessary documentation for continuous project evaluation.
- Participate in preparation of monitoring reports as appropriate.
- Assist returnees with elaboration of reintegration plans and participate on coordination with receving IOM missions.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned. Education
- University degree from an accredited educational institution in human or social science or business administration with two years of relevant working experience; or
- High school degree/certificate with at least four years of relevant working experience Accredited Universities are those listed in the UNESCO World Higher Education Database. ย Experience
- Operational experience in refugee and migration related issues is highly desirable;ย
- Good level of computer literacy especially knowledge of MS Office Package is required;ย
- Working experience (operational or administrative) at the airport or for a transportation company or travel agency is an advantage.
- Experience with direct assistance to migrants is an advantage. Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- In depth knowledge of the broad range of migration related subject areas dealt with by the Organization is an advantage.
- Knowledge of IOM internal systems such as MiMOSA, ATOMS and external GDS Amadeus is an advantage Languages
For all applicants, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
Working proficiency in Czech, Russian and/or Ukrainian is an advantage. Any other IOM official language(French and Spanish) is an asset.
