Specialised knowledge in the area of civil engineering and infrastructure acquisition and maintenance in theatre operations. Proven experience in delivering NATO infrastructure and construction projects under the NATO Security Investment Programme (NSIP) Advising on and supporting delivery of key planning products such as CPPs within the NATO’s Land Facilities and NCS Capability Programme context throughout the Capability lifecycle on behalf of NSPA. Attending Staff-to-Staff Engagement Meetings remotely or in person, as required, and reporting decisions / proposals relevant to the Infrastructure and Engineering Programme. Providing subject matter expertise for the delivery of NATO infrastructure and construction projects. Maintaining situational awareness of ongoing or planned activities in support of the NATO 2030 Infrastructure initiative. Advising senior decision makers at ACT or elsewhere on the proper function and use of NSPA services in programming, planning, execution of construction/design services for infrastructure Supporting the NATO’s Land Facilities and NCS Capability Programme Plan (CPP) efforts in Programme and Project Management Processes (Issues, Risk, Plans, Change Management etc.), ensuring compliance with CPP development and delivery On behalf of the NSPA Infrastructure and Engineering Programme, supporting the Programme Director of NATO’s Land and NATO Command Structure (NCS) capability programme with technical expertise and advice in developing the management and supporting products encompassing all Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities, Interoperability (DOTMLPFI) Lines of Development (LODs) WHAT DO WE OFFER? This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
