Role Overview Summary
The National Volunteer โ Leadership and Development will accompany youth-led CSGs/networks (e.g. National Youth Forum and grassroots CSOs) across selected districts in Bangladesh to build inclusive leadership capacity. Through professional-standard coaching, reflective practice, and co-facilitated learning, the role will help youth platforms embed shared decision-making, inclusive facilitation, and values-driven leadership in their day-to-day work.
Ideal Applicant Summary
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have education background in social sciences or related fields, with experience coordinating youth groups and civic engagement initiatives. Knowledgeable about youth development in Bangladesh and active citizenship approaches. Skilled in training coordination, stakeholder engagement, and event facilitation. Note: This is a national volunteer role open to Bangladesh Nationals.
