Work LocationBangkok Expected duration15 Aug25 - 15 Mar 26 Duties and Responsibilitiesโข Provide photography and videography services for ESCAP activities and intergovernmental meetings, as required. โข Upload content to ESCAP online channels, as required. โข Ingest new AV assets into the organizationโs photo and video database, according to CKMS AV collection and curation policies. โข Assign and enhance AV assets with metadata in line with international standards and current workflows at the Organization. โข Discard duplicate, low-quality or irrelevant AV assets, according to organizational retention and curation policies. โข Support management of the audiovisual assets (photo and video) database. *All materials and content developed during the contract remain the property of ESCAP. The Contractor will not be recognized within the work produced. Multimedia material produced under this contract is for non-commercial purposes. The UN and partners reserve the right to use the material produced under this consultancy service in not-for-profit advocacy, promotional events and platforms such as intergovernmental meetings, public events, social media, television, and on other related online and offline channels. The use of audiovisual material and any other third-party information, including those covered under a Creative Commons license, must adhere to their respective terms of use and be appropriately credited in the final product. A list of sources for material used must also be provided to ESCAP with the final product delivery files of the consultant. Qualifications/special skillsA first-level university degree in communication, journalism, multimedia, social science, arts or related fields. Experience in photography, videography, multimedia content production, or related areas is required. Experience in audiovisual archiving or metadata management is desirable. LanguagesFluency in English is required. Knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage. Additional InformationNot available.
