Context UNV is looking for ways to engage the most skilled of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) on a volunteer basis with the UN organizations based in Bahrain. The aim is to expand the UNV Talent Pool with highly skilled volunteers by identifying the sources and recruiting them effectively. With this task, Online Volunteers will have a chance to support the UNV in mapping Organizations for Persons with Disabilities (OPDs). We are looking for 20 Online Volunteer/s who under the guidance of the Regional Talent Acquisition Analyst will: This task is part of a broader initiative to strengthen the engagement of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) in volunteer opportunities in the Arab Stats. Through OPD mapping and outreach, we aim to increase visibility, foster partnerships, and ensure meaningful representation of persons with disabilities in volunteerism and decision-making processes. The collected data will contribute to inclusive talent acquisition strategies and support the development of a comprehensive OPD network to enhance long-term collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The Online Volunteer will work in a collaborative, impact-driven environment, engaging with disability-inclusive development, stakeholder outreach, and international engagement strategies.

Task DescriptionUNV Regional Talent Aquistion Analysts is seeking support of 20 online volunteers to support in Research and map active OPDs that work or have presence Bahrain. Provide contact details (Name, email, phone number) for each OPD mapped. 2. Create a sheet that includes the mapped OPDs and their contact. Verify and categorize OPDs based on their focus areas (e.g., advocacy, service provision, policy engagement, type of disability). 3. Research each OPD, ensuring that they have a database (pool of candidates) from PWDs over 18 years old. The final deliverbles will be a list of all active OPDs in Bahrain
