CIMMYT is seeking a proactive, with leadership, attention to the detail and customer service-oriented professional for the position of Drivers Coordinator to work in the Business Services Department of CIMMYT.
The positions will be based at CIMMYT headquarters in Texcoco, near Mexico City, (45 minutes from Mexico City).

Required academic qualifications, skills and attitudes:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, Transportation, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination and operational personnel management. Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2). Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle conflicts and foster a productive work environment. Proficiency in technological tools and fleet management systems. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capability. Knowledge of transportation regulations and road safety standards. Experience working in a multicultural environment. Proficiency in ERP or TMS (Transportation Management Systems). Preferred certification in logistics, transportation, or continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Benefits
