In this full-time, permanent role, youโll work as a part of our Retail team in Malaga to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Logistics Assistant plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether itโs coordinating logistics or supporting op-shop volunteers, youโll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
You will make a difference by:
Collecting and delivering stock for Save the Children Australia op shops Ensuring high level of customer focus is maintained at all times with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communications Working closely with the warehouse manager to ensure the depot and surrounding areas are kept neat, secure, and orderly Providing clear communications and visibility on delivery schedules and ad-hoc pickups/tasks/deliveries to the warehouse manager Performing ad hoc projects allocated by the Warehouse Manager or State Retail Manager, in line with organisational objectivesA place to feel valued:

This role requires:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role including small truck/van driving A โpeople personโ who naturally enjoys the company of people from all walks of life Excellent organisational and time management skills Highly developed communication skills with strong attention to detail Good physical ability and willingness to undergo a medical/physical checkA place to belong:
