The Position:
The UNFPA East and Southern Africa Regional Director will undertake an official mission to Botswana fromย 10โ14 November 2025. This high-level visit will include a series of strategic engagements with Government officials, development partners, youth organizations, and key stakeholders.
In line with UNFPAโs communication and visibility objectives, the mission will be documented through high-quality photography and videography that capture the Regional Directorโs engagements and highlight UNFPAโs partnerships, leadership, and impact in advancingย sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in Botswana.
The resulting materials will be used acrossย UNFPA Botswana andย UNFPA East and Southern Africa Regional Office (ESARO) communication platforms, including websites, social media, publications, and reports. The content may also be shared with the media and partners to showcase UNFPAโs ongoing work and achievements in Botswana and the region.
The consultant will closely with the Resource Mobilization and Communication Analyst with an oversight of the Head of Office.ย He/She will document the mission of the UNFPA East and Southern Africa Regional Director to Botswana, scheduled to take place from 10โ14 November 2025. The consultant will work independently for a duration of 3 days
