The purpose of this assignment is to contribute to the effective testing, roll-out, and user support of PRISM in the Arab States region by:ย
Participating in and supporting the coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)ย Supporting the training and onboarding of staff across the regionย Coordinating roll-out efforts with Country Offices (COs)ย Providing post-roll-out technical support and knowledge-sharingยUnder the direct supervision of the Regional Strategic Planning Specialist, the PRISM Implementation Specialist will perform the following functions:ย User Acceptance Testing (UAT)ย
Participate in structured UAT for PRISM modules (planning, monitoring, and reporting).ย Develop and execute test scenarios based on business processes and regional contexts.ย Document system issues, bugs, and improvement suggestions; submit consolidated feedback to the PRISM project team.ย In support of the current two PRISM Focal points, engage with focal points from COs to gather regional user input during UAT.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Training and Capacity-Buildingย Support the development, localization, and dissemination of training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides.ย Assist in delivering regional training sessions and webinars for COs and sub-regional teams.ย Provide ad hoc support and coaching to end-users during and after training sessions.ย Roll-Out Coordination and Supportย Assist in planning and coordinating the regional roll-out of PRISM, including readiness assessments and tracking progress.ย In support of the current two PRISM Focal points, serve as a regional liaison between HQ, COs, and the PRISM technical team to troubleshoot issues.ย Ensure timely and coordinated user onboarding, data migration, and initial system setup in COs.ย Post-Roll-Out Support and Documentationย Provide real-time user support during early adoption, including responding to user queries and resolving issues where possible.ย Document and synthesize lessons learned, good practices, and region-specific needs for reporting to HQ.ย Contribute to internal learning and improvement processes for system adaptation and scaling.ยCompetencies :

Education:
A Masterโs degree or equivalent in data analysis, development, social sciences, information management, public administration, gender and/or other social science field is required ORย A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.ย Experience:ย At least 3 years of demonstrated experience and expertise in the utilization and knowledge of the current Results Management System (RMS) and motivation to embark on the roll-out of the new system.ย Strong knowledge of UN Womenโs planning, monitoring, and reporting systems, especially RBM frameworks.ยLanguage:ย
