Description of the Assignment: To provide technical advice and implementation support to the Public Procurement Office and the Project in the field of public procurement, in particular with regard to award of public contracts in the field of ICT services and products. To elaborate guidelines for procuring entities on awarding public contracts in the field of ICT services and products covering three different objects of procurement and containing practical recommendations and hints addressing issues such as, for instance, the description of the object of procurement (non – discriminatory technical specifications), criteria for the qualitative selection of economic operators and criteria for awarding the contracts as well as other issues relevant for ensuring efficient, transparent, non – discriminatory and competitive procurement processes.Period of assignment/services: April 2025 - July 2025
