The Human Resources Department (HRD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is inviting applications to build a competitive pool of ready-to-hire Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) for its Client Services Unit (CSU).

The HRBP supports the assigned client department in its recruitment, staffing, performance management, career development, organizational development, and other HR programs to meet the business needs of the client department and the Fund. The HRBP works under the direct supervision and guidance of the Strategic HR Partner (SHRP) and in close collaboration with hiring managers, HRD Centers of Expertise (COEs), and department & HRD management, to best support the implementation of the departmental HR strategy and ensure consistent application of the Fund's HR policies and practices by effective coordination with HRD colleagues.

Successful candidates will be offered a one-year long-term contract (LTC) with the possibility to renew for an additional 3 years subject to performance, continued business needs, and funding, for a maximum total of a 4-year contract. The possibility of competing for available Term staff roles during the duration of the contract also exists.
