Role DescriptionHelp Role DescriptionPrimary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):1. Acting as primary contact with printers and designers for holiday mailing materials2. Working with the CEO on specifics of mailing materials3. Update and confirm mailing recipients and categories4. Edit drafts of holiday materials5. Oversee mailing logistics of packages6. Assisting Executive Assistant and Correspondence team with holiday mailing-related tasksThe team member will be needed to work days around holidays and potentially on holidays.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Many of the skills that are needed in this role are soft skills.
