A place to make a difference:

In this full time, 12-month fixed term role, you’ll work as a part of our Supporter Engagement team in Melbourne or Sydney to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Head of Partnerships plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. By managing and growing our multi-million-dollar portfolio of partnerships and leading a team of Corporate Partnership Managers, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.

You will make a difference by:

· Providing exceptional stewardship to our partners to enable renewals and growth, with a focus on unrestricted income.

· Driving shared value for our partners through the practice and delivery of their social impact goals.

· Collaborating with the Head of Partnership Development to identify, acquire and onboard new strategic partners.

· Delivering on financial and non-financial growth targets while achieving outcomes for children.

· Providing leadership to a team of Corporate Partnership Managers and supporting their professional development.

This role requires:

· Demonstrated experience developing and implementing partnership strategies to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

· Demonstrated experience acquiring and managing high-value, multi-year partnerships.

· Demonstrated experience managing a high-performing partnership team.

· Ability to develop value propositions and align organisations’ social impact goals and opportunities to Save the Children offerings.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative and effective offerings for external partners.
