ContextUNICEF Oman, in collaboration with national partners, is developing key studies and reports to advance evidence-based policy and programming for children and adolescents, including the Climate Landscape Analysis for Children and Adolescents (CLAC). To ensure that these reports and related products reach the widest possible audience and effectively convey their findings, UNICEF Oman is seeking the support of online volunteer designers. Design support can include developing the full layout and visual identity of reports and linked communication products in both English and Arabic. These products will play a vital role in translating research into accessible and engaging content for decision-makers, partners, young people and the general public. Volunteers will gain experience in professional report design, multi-language layout, and UNICEF/partner branding, and will receive a certificate of appreciation from UNV.

Task DescriptionUnder the supervisor of UNICEFs comminationโ€™s team, we are seeking a volunteer to support us with: Designing a full report layout, including graphics, charts, tables, and other visuals in line with UNICEF and partner brand guidelines. Producing bilingual (English and Arabic) final designed report with delivery by 22 October 2025. Developing complementary communication products in both English and Arabic, including: A 2-page info-note or brochure (with final design to be provided by 1 November 2025) An 8-10-page brief and visuals A child-friendly version of the report, adapted for younger audiences Additional assets as needed (advocacy visuals, social media graphics, etc) Ensuring consistency of style, visual identity and branding across all products It is essential that all materials adhere to UNICEF and partner branding and communication guidelines, which will be shared with the volunteer in advance.
