The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Brazil is implementing various projects addressing the protection, assistance, and integration needs of migrants, refugees and other vulnerable populations in Brazil. Under the direct supervision of the National Project Officer of the IOM Office in Boa Vista and in close collaboration with CCCM, Regularization and/or Relocation coordinators, the successful candidate will provide assistance to IOM Program activities in the Northern Brazil. In particular, the person will have the following responsibilities:
Collect, deliver and move items as requested to provide all resources and assistance in the field doingsCollect and distribute mail and/or packagesEnsure sufficient stock of drinking water and initiate daily supply and delivery to office water coolersVerify sufficient stock of printing papers and initiate daily supply and delivery to office printers and copier machines, including updating the stock cardProvide general assistance to the CCCM, Regularization, Relocation and Operations Teams in the field activities and project development.Provide general assistance to the CCCM, Regularization, Relocation and operations team ensuring better support to infrastructure and services to migrants and local communityPerform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
