Evaluation and Evidence Lead

Are you an experienced evaluator interested in helping us to understand the outcomes of our work with children, young people, families and communities across Australia? In this national role, you’ll bring your evaluation knowledge, skills and interest in capacity building to help ensure 54 reasons delivers high-quality, evidence-informed services.

Where you come in:

In this part-time, maximum term role (20 hours per week for 3 years, with potential for extension and permanency) you’ll lead key evaluation and research projects. You’ll make use of your understanding of evaluation in the child, youth and/or family or related sectors, along with your strong stakeholder management skills and a highly collaborative style. Based in any capital city of Australia, you’ll have flexibility to work from home or from one of our state offices.

You’re a skilled evaluator, experienced in mix-methods design and participatory and developmental approaches. You have a strong qualitative skillset and are keen to be part of a high performing team, to make monitoring and evaluation strategic and accessible for leaders and practitioners. You’re able to convey complex concepts in a straightforward manner and build the capacity of others through your work.
