ContextThe Learning Passport is UNICEF's flagship digital learning programme with a mission to provide accessible, quality education to children worldwide. The Offline Learning Passport, which was recognized as one of Time's 100 Best Inventions in 2021, is at the forefront of educational innovation, offering a digital learning experience without the internet. We are looking to find an online volunteer to enhance the Offline Learning Passport through effective process management.

Task DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented online volunteer to help enhance our process management system for tracking and updating feature requests and technical bug fixes. The volunteer will help streamline workflows, recommend best practices, improve communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely updates. Deliverables will include: - revamping existing issues tracker and feature enhancement documents - documenting recommendations and best practices to streamline existing workflows - possibly presenting to the Learning Passport global team on the drafted deliverables
