Mission and objectivesCanada established diplomatic relations with Kenya at the time of its independence in 1963. Canadaโs High Commission in Nairobi is our largest mission in Africa, accredited to Kenya as well as Somalia, Uganda, the United Nations (UN) Environment Programme and UN-Habitat. Kenya is represented in Canada by a High Commission in Ottawa.
ContextThis is an online assignment with an opportunity to gain experience with UNV and a donor country in East Africa. Interest in promoting international development cooperation and support to the SDGs is highly desirable.
Task DescriptionUnder the supervision of the Canada High Commission CFLI Coordinator, the Online Volunteer will: โ Produce 19 professional editorial graphics for the 19 projects funded in the 2025-2026 with a common โlook and feelโ style, ensuring consistency in typography, headings. Incorporation of up to two rounds of revisions based on consolidated comments from the High Commission of Canada. โ Submission of final, publication-ready files of social media graphic and content. Expected results Print-ready and web-optimized PDF files, along with open design files as per Government of Canada specifications
